These Terms of Service apply when you visit, use, or make a purchase from madi.nyc. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

MADI pieces are produced on demand through our production and fulfillment partners.
We take care to present our products, colors, materials, and details as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to production processes, photography, lighting, and individual screen settings.
SECTION 2 — ORDERS
When you place an order with MADI, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.
Because our pieces are produced on demand and production may begin shortly after confirmation, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has started.
MADI reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, incorrect pricing, product availability, or circumstances that prevent us from fulfilling the order.
SECTION 3 — PRICING, TAXES & DUTIES
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change before an order is placed. The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed when your order is submitted.
Depending on your delivery location, taxes, customs duties, import fees, or other charges may apply. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable separately by the customer.
SECTION 4 — SHIPPING & DELIVERY
MADI provides estimated production and delivery times in good faith, but these estimates are not guaranteed.
Delays may occasionally occur due to carriers, customs processing, weather, high order volumes, or circumstances outside MADI's reasonable control.

SECTION 5 — RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The MADI name, logo, branding, website design, photography, graphics, text, and other original content appearing on madi.nyc are owned by or licensed to MADI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
MADI content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without prior authorization, except where permitted by law.
SECTION 7 — LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MADI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to MADI's business and operations, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply in the customer's jurisdiction.
